Blight magazine is an annual publication created by the Collaborative Design MFA program at Pacific Northwest College of Art. Blight challenges its readers to question the ugly, unseen, and forgotten aspects of our daily lives, and its content is designed to provoke conversations about complex and controversial urban issues. The fifth issues of Blight examines the complexities of public space in Portland, OR, and beyond, covering issues such as: Portland Parks and Reacreation's proposed Green Loop Plan, Owning Your Own Star, the Internet as Public Space, Portland's Park Blocks, and more.
